How Wagering Works
Wagering requirements determine how many times you must play through a bonus before withdrawing winnings. For example, a 100% match bonus of AU$100 with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to stake AU$100 × 30 = AU$3,000. However, not all games contribute equally. Slots typically count 100%, while table games like blackjack may only count 10–20%.
Formula: Required Wagering = (Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier) ÷ Game Contribution Percentage
Example: You receive a AU$200 bonus with 25x wagering. You plan to play a slot that contributes 100%. Required wagering = (200 × 25) ÷ 1.00 = AU$5,000. If you switch to blackjack (20% contribution), you would need (200 × 25) ÷ 0.20 = AU$25,000.
Important: Always check the game contribution percentages in the bonus terms – they can drastically affect how long it takes to clear the bonus.
Licence & Player Protection
Jokaroom casino operates under a Curacao eGaming licence. This means the casino is regulated for fair play and security, but players from the EU or Nordic countries should be aware that winnings may be subject to local income tax because Curacao is not on the same equivalence list as MGA or local licences. The site uses SSL encryption to protect your data and offers responsible gambling tools like deposit limits and self‑exclusion. Always practice responsible gambling and never chase losses.
